An opportunity for a team player with a service oriented attitude to provide technical support to Alto’s clients. You will be responsible for triaging calls and performing initial troubleshooting.
This role involves supporting clients at their premises and remotely. You will install software, and implement infrastructure improvements. You will also work with technologies such as Office 365, Teams, and Azure.
